Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12/5/2025

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Worldwide Travel Tourism Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our immigration, visa, and travel consultancy services on our website.

By contacting us, engaging in a consultation, signing a service agreement, or using any of our Services, you ("the Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.

2. Nature of Services and Client Acknowledgement

2.1. Non-Legal Advisory Service

The Company is a professional consultancy firm, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client services. Our Services include advisory guidance, document preparation support, application checklist provision, and procedural assistance based on publicly available information from government authorities. We do not form an attorney-client relationship with you.

2.2. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Company provides services on a "best efforts" basis. The final decision on any visa, permit, residency, or citizenship application rests solely with the relevant government immigration authorities (e.g., embassies, consulates, immigration departments). We explicitly do not and cannot guarantee a successful outcome for any application. You acknowledge that factors beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in immigration policy, subjective assessment by an immigration officer, and your personal circumstances, will affect the outcome.

2.3. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation. You are responsible for reviewing all application forms and supporting documents before submission and for the veracity of all information submitted to any government authority. The Company is not liable for delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

3. Service Agreement and Fees

3.1. Engagement

A formal engagement with the Company begins only upon your receipt, review, and signed acceptance of a formal Service Agreement and the receipt of the required initial payment as specified in the invoice.

3.2. Fee Structure

Our professional service fees are detailed in the Service Agreement. Fees are for the advisory and support services rendered and are not contingent upon the successful approval of your application.

3.3. Excluded Costs

Our fees do not include any government, embassy, or visa application charges; fees for medical examinations, police clearance certificates, document translation, courier services, or any other third-party costs. These are the sole responsibility of the Client.

3.4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the schedule in the Service Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension or permanent termination of our services.

3.5. Refund Policy

Due to the advisory nature of our work and the allocation of resources upon engagement, our professional fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, regardless of the application outcome or your decision to withdraw.

4. Client Obligations and Undertakings

You hereby agree to:

  • Cooperate fully and provide all requested documents and information in a timely manner.
  • Inform the Company immediately of any changes in your personal circumstances (e.g., marital status, new job, new passport) that may affect your application.
  • Use the provided services lawfully and ethically.
  • Not withhold any material information that could negatively impact your application.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to checklists, templates, guides, forms, and website content, are the intellectual property of Worldwide Travel Tourism Services LLC and are for your personal, non-commercial use only in conjunction with your application. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, details how we collect, use, and store your information.

6.2. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to any third party, except as necessary to provide our Services (e.g., submitting to a visa application centre) or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldwide Travel Tourism Services LLC, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from or related to:

  • The approval, rejection, or delay of any application by a government authority.
  • Any errors or omissions in information provided by you.
  • Changes in immigration laws or policies after our advice has been given.
  • Any actions or inactions of government agencies, visa application centres, or other third parties.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of professional fees you have paid to the Company for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worldwide Travel Tourism Services LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable time. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the Emirate of Sharjah.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
